TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CONTRACT APPOINTMENT:
a) These appointments shall be purely on contract basis as per Contract policy 2006 of GoAJ&K for an initial period of 03 years (extendable) or as specified by Govt. subsequently.
b) All vacancies will be filled purely on merit basis and preference will be given to AJK national
c) Selected candidates shall have to abide by the rules and regulations of PM&DC and the institution. The appointment during the period of contract shall be liable to termination on 30 days prior notice on either side or on payment of one month pay in lieu thereof without assigning any reason
d) Monthly salary shall be liable to tax deduction at source as per law.
e) Age limit as per Govt/PM&DC policy.
f) In respect of other matters not specified in this contract, the rules and regulations of GoAJ&K shall apply.
9) Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview. No TADA will be admissible.
h) The appointee will join the institution after receiving the offer letter from the Principal office within prescribed period. If fails to join due to any reason within specified time, the next candidate in merit list shall be appointed
i) The selected faculty must be physically present in the College Hospital on duty for minimum of six hours on every working day. Any duration less than six hours per day will be considered as part time faculty as per PMBDC rules. Which is not permissible under prevailing rules, therefore such faculty members will be marked absent from duty for that day.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FROM DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH GOAJK
a) The applicant of DoH employees already working in teaching Hospital of medical College will process their application through proper channel along with all documents mentioned below.
b) Selected DoH employees will draw their salary against their substantive post of respective teaching hospital and teaching allowance will be paid as per Govt. policy availability of post

1)Attested copies of educational certificates, degree (Matric, Intermediate, MBBS, M.Phil FCPS and Ph.D) diplomas, experience certificates, articles & Recognition of Experience Certificate Eligibility Certificate/Accreditation of Experience (for the applied post)
